The vision of the Kalispell North Town Center has been in the making for generations. The Claridge family arrived in the valley around 1900, making their homestead just north of Kalispell as farmers. While the valley has changed in countless ways since that time, the values of hard work and integrity have remained steadfast in this family for six generations. In 1969, Roger Claridge established LHC, an excavation and construction company that is now one of the valley’s leading employers. The success of LHC over the last 50 years can only be attributed to the Claridge family’s hard work. Whether they are laying the groundwork for doctor’s offices or paving new roads that keep us safe and connected, one can rest assured that the LHC is an experienced, high quality company.

These same generational values are instilled in the vision for Stillwater LLC, the developing company of Kalispell North Town Center. To the Claridge family, developing Kalispell North Town Center is more than just a project… it is a legacy. As the landscape changes for an ever-growing community, the family understands that growth is inevitable however, harnessing how we manage growth is a choice. Knowing this responsibility, the plan for KNTC is to develop the land thoughtfully and responsibly.
Meet Roger Claridge:

If you have been in this valley long enough, you have probably shaken the hand of Roger Claridge. Most well known for putting his boots on the ground, Roger has been a pillar of the Flathead Valley community and construction for over 60 years.
Meet Jeff Claridge:

Upon graduation from Pacific Lutheran University in 2000, Jeff returned to the Flathead Valley to be a part of the family business, LHC. Over the years, Jeff has grown LHC and also has overall responsibility for the development of Stillwater Corporation’s land holding such as Kalispell North Town Center.
