The vision of the Kalispell North Town Center has been in the making for generations. The Claridge family arrived in the valley around 1900, making their homestead just north of Kalispell as farmers. While the valley has changed in countless ways since that time, the values of hard work and integrity have remained steadfast in this family for six generations. In 1969, Roger Claridge established LHC, an excavation and construction company that is now one of the valley’s leading employers. The success of LHC over the last 50 years can only be attributed to the Claridge family’s hard work.
